What plan is best for me?
We recommend the Basic Plan for any small dealers and one-time sellers. The Pro Plan is ideal for dealers with small to medium fleets, including those who are just establishing their business. Our Premium Plan is the perfect option for full-time, established dealers and high-volume sellers. The Platinum Plan is perfect for major national dealers with extensive fleets at their disposal. If you sell year-round, we recommend investing in the annual option to get 2 months free. Need a specialized plan for more than 100 listings? Reach out to our team for help!
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. The option of monthly & yearly invoices are available upon request.
Do I have to commit to a long-term contract?
No, there are no long-term contracts required. You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time with no penalty. We do offer discounts for signing up for months upfront.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription, navigate to the “Subscription” tab in your dealer profile and click “Cancel Subscription”. If you cancel your annual subscription before it expires, you will not receive a refund for the remaining unused period. Canceling only prevents the subscription from automatically renewing at the end of the current 12-month term. You will still have access until the end of the 12-month period you originally paid for.

Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, anybody who buys the annual plan will only pay for the price of 10 months. That’s 2 months free for investing for the year!
What information do I need to provide to list my forklift?
To create a complete listing, we'll need basic info like the make, model, specifications, features, price, and photos. Provide as many details as possible to attract buyers. We're here to help guide you as well.
How long does it take for my listing to go live?
As soon as your dealer profile page is set up, your listings can go up immediately!
Can I switch between plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. When upgrading mid-cycle, you get immediate access to the higher posting limit. When downgrading, you keep the existing limit until your next billing date. Your oldest postings will be taken down until the new posting limit is reached.
When upgrading, your first bill will be prorated at a discounted trial price based on the days left in your billing cycle, ensuring you only pay a fair amount until your next regular billing. Please contact us if you have any questions!
How do I get paid when I sell my forklift?
We allow you to deal directly with buyers to arrange pricing and complete the sale. Forklifttrader.com provides the platform to connect with buyers, but leaves the actual transaction up to you.
