I was looking for a belt for one of my old fork trucks. Shop Manager Nick went above & beyond to try & help me, even calling his distributor to have them cross reference part #'s! I didn't find what I needed that day but I was impressed with Nick & his willingness to help. Knowledgeable staff, friendly & personable! I will be back for future part needs & hopefully for a purchase of a new lift at some point!

Great place to get a used forklift. Our business needed a forklift for a second location. We didn't want to spend the money on a new forklift and found this company. They had exactly what we needed, had great communication throughout the buying process and even shipped the forklift to us in an enclosed truck to keep it nice and clean. The machine worked flawlessly and was re-painted and looked almost like new. I am very glad with my purchase of this forklift and would certainly recommend this company to anyone who needs a forklift and wants to save some money.

I had a great experience with Forklift Trader. I ordered a Toyota forklift through them. They connected me to a financing firm, who was very helpful. They arranged shipping across the country which was surprisingly quick. I just received an email from them confirming if everything went smooth. They are a class-act. Great customer service, fair pricing, easy buying process. If I need another forklift, I will definitely go through them again.

I did a lot of calling around before I found this company. I would have saved a lot of time had I known them. Great information about the market and what's available. Got a forklift that works well and fits our needs.

Needed to rent a fork lift to move in our new CNC Jay was able to help us choose the correct unit for our needs. They were on time for drop off and pickup and their trucker was extremely helpful in showing us how the unit works! Can’t not thank these guys enough for saving us money!

I bought a used Hyster from them in 2007. I did run into some issues with a leaking injection pump and cracked tires, but they sent me the parts at no charge. Still using the lift 12 years later without any issues.

They have a great selection of used, affordable forklift. I was able to order mine and received it within a week. I will continue to use M and W for my forklift needs.

M&W has a very old school, personal way of doing business. I'm a small company, that bought my forever forklift from them & they made a very good impression on me. They were easy to deal with, had fair pricing and a wide selection & helped me choose a truck to fit my needs. They thoughly went through my lift before delivery, including installing a brand new radiator, after I had made the deal. They deliver and have a 30 day warranty. The big dealers, didn't want to give me the time of day. Would recommend to anyone in the market for a quality used lift.

I worked with Jim and he gave us excellent service by learning about the specs we required, providing options to fit our budget and giving advice to ensure that we made a sound decision to buy a forklift that would give us the best value. The cost was competitive and we choose a great machine that was thoroughly serviced and arrived on time looking and performing like a new unit. Our FL failed to start recently. We called our FLT who have done great work in the past. On this occasion, they were able to provide diagnostic expertise over the phone. Liz was extremely knowledgeable. She offered several possible solutions and our own tech was able to fix the problem based on Liz’s directions. No pick-up necessary and barely any downtime. Great service!

The team at M&W did a great job in the preparation and sale of a used CAT forklift that I recently purchased for our operation. After I inspected and tested the unit, they noted the few things that I requested attention on, and took corrected those items without extra charges. Upon delivery, I noticed that they did a considerable amount of additional repairs. Again at no additional charge. I inquired as to the details of all the extra effort they put into this unit and was kindly presented with a detailed report of all the things that they addressed. Shortly after delivery, we encountered a small issue. M&W quickly came out and corrected the issue that required the replacement of a subassembly of the transmission. They replaced that and corrected the issue, AGAIN AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE! I seriously feel that they truly went the extra mile in satisfying my needs as a new customer, and have gained my confidence that if ever I need assistance in the future, they will be there for me. To top it off, when all was said and done, M&W sent a small gift package to further prove their dedication to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend M&W to my colleagues and fellow equipment managers in the industry. I tip my hat to Jennifer and Tony specifically for their support and friendly/honest business ethics.

Purchased a forklift a little over a year ago and discovered an issue that had been there the entire time but didn't really present itself until now. I was out of warranty but the team at M&W took the time to hear me out and were more than willing to work with me. Dan in service was great and completely understood my view and immediately went to bat for me. I was later contacted by Liz from the ops team and she teamed up with Dan and went to bat with him. Together they came up with and solidified a plan that is leaving me satisfied! Just because a piece of paper says something and is signed, doesn't mean you can't help your customers and that is exactly what the team at M&W did, they helped regardless! Thanks again Liz and Dan for going to bat for me! Glad to know there are still companies out there that really embrace the value of taking care of your customers.

If you want to purchase a forklift this is the place. When you purchase a forklift M & W will go through each forklift and repair or replace anything that needs to be fixed. Not like some companies that ship you the lift and YOU repair the problems. Communication is absolutely excellent. Always easy to call and get to the right person. On my case even the receptionist went so far to send me additional pictures and explained them to me. I am really pleased with every part of my buying experience and I love my lift
